Our Power by the Hour (PBH) programs include a fixed rate contract for maintenance and overhaul coverage and guaranteed maintenance plans. We use Performance Based Logistics (PBL) as a strategy for cost effective product support. Agreements are placed to deliver key performance indicators and final payment is based on actual performance results.

Inventory Management
Our services include demand forecasting processes, sales & operations planning and managed flow of goods through integration of information flow, material handling, production, packaging, inventory, transport, warehousing, and third party logistics providers.

Product Support Agreement (PSA)
We assist our clients in reviewing product support agreements. We are also experts in defining OEM/airline versus client needs. Our team establishes revenue models for aftermarket sales by using aftermarket strategy as a competitive differentiator. We also conduct a gap analysis for client aftermarket execution and provide assistance and structure to meet PSA needs.
