Procurement Systems / Processes

 

Our team will develop bidder lists, and evaluate the purchasing process, procurement strategies, supplier rationalization / development, subcontract management, and delivery assurance / capacity planning.

Program Management

 

We use EVM (Earned Value Management), a project management technique for measuring project performance and progress. EVM combines scope, schedule and cost measurements in a single integrated system. It provides accurate forecasts and includes a project plan identifying valuation of planned work and user metrics to determine budgeted costs of work performed.
