
Jamie Lecker
Jamie Lecker, President and Founder of CLT Enterprises, LCC, has more than 27 years of management and engineering sales experience in the Aerospace and Defense markets. Jamie has spent 19 years as the chief executive officer and owner of three different companies, CLT Enterprises, Avionics Technologies, Inc. (ATI), and ATI Engineering Services (ATI ESD). Currently presiding over CLT Enterprises, a leading consulting company, Jamie brings his years of proven success to consult other companies and individuals. CLT Enterprises specializes in business development, supply chain, operations, program management, engineering, and event planning. ATI is a premier manufacturing representative firm with $120 million in annual sales. ATI currently has an engineering sales force of 20 salesmen, representing 20 principals in the commercial and military aerospace market. ATI ESD is a multi-faceted engineering development firm with annual sales of $10 million. ATI ESD’s select engineering team specialize in design, engineering and complete aircraft modifications to FAA standards. Core competencies include avionics modifications, electrical system upgrades, and systems integration.
Among his significant previous positions, Jamie served as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Esterline Control Communications Systems (2012 -2014). He managed a staff of 120 full time employees and was responsible for corporate strategy, mergers, acquisitions, divestures, sales, marketing, product management, marketing communications, contracts, and customer service. He reorganized the department into a high performance team that won Embraer KC-390 and E2 programs, L-3 Ship to Shore Connector, Boeing Sikorsky Joint Multirole Rotorcraft, and Boeing 777X. [SM1] Jamie created a talent development program within the platform, establishing a culture of collaboration and discipline.
Jamie holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ithaca College. Member of the National Business Aircraft Association King Air Technical Committee. Other certifications include being a Multi-engine Instrument rated pilot.
